On August 30, 2010 the Patriot District will host an Inaugural Community Friends of Scouting Golf Outing. The event will be hosted by the Honorable David Bulova, Virginia Delegate for the 37th District. This event is open to the entire community, not just Scouters, so dust off those clubs and gather your friends and neighbors for a day of fun on the course to benefit your local scouting programs. This year’s event will be held Monday, August 30th at the well-manicured General’s Ridge Golf Course in Manassas Park, VA. Registration begins at 8 AM, with tee-off at 9 AM. The cost for this event is only $125. This price includes entry into all events, 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch, and various prizes.
